How long have you been doing crunches or sit-ups attempting to get that 6 pack? Tired of the same old ab routine, workout to workout?

Well, I’m going to give you a training session that not only helps give rise to that 6 pack but also targets each muscle group in your body and melts away fat! On top of that you do not have to spend hours & hours in the gym!

This is one of my favored workouts: Sand Bag Complex

1.) Clean & press

2.) Bear hug & squat

3.) Bent over rows

4.) High pull/catch & squat combo

If you noticed there are no sit-ups or crunches in this workout. The best way to burn fat, tighten up your belly and beef up your core is through TOTAL body exercises(not person body parts)!

Complete 6-8 repetitions of each exercise without rest. After completing all 4 sand bag exercises, rest for 30-60 seconds. Perform whole sequence again. Repeat the entire circuit 5 times.

Sand bag clean & press: grab the bag by the handles, from the floor. Pull up to and catch bag at shoulder level. Perform overhead press using your whole body. Bring the bag back down to shoulder level, then to the floor(in a controlled manner). Repeat 6-8x.

Next exercise you want to bear hug the bag and carry out a squat. Keep your back straight, feet a little wider than shoulder width apart. Push your hips back with your, with your weight on your heels. Repeat 6-8x.

Bent over rows: grab underneath the bag (at the ends). Again, feet a little wider than shoulder width. Hinge forward at your waste, with knees somewhat bent. Do NOT round out your back. Your chest ought to be closely parallel to the floor. Pull the bag to your chest and pinch your shoulder blades together. Repeat 6-8x.

Last exercise is the High pull/catch & squat combo. Grab the bag from the floor and carry out a high pull (upright row). Release and catch the bag at shoulder level (Zercher position). Perform a squat. Drop the bag and repeat 6-8x.

This will give you one heck of an ab workout without even doing any typical ab exercises. Not to mention, hitting each muscle in the body and a heart pumping cardio workout as well!

I’m not just talking to the guys here. Ladies this is an splendid way for you to strip away the fat and get that flat tummy you’ve been looking for!

Do this 3 times per week and you’ll see the fat just melt away! Plus you’ll be well on your way to that 6 pack. Try it out and you will see what I mean!

5If you want abs buy this book

I used to often times buy all the workout magazines you see in the stores. Abs in 4 weeks! Eat the junk and still get a six pack! All these cover stories get you to buy the magazine, but in reality these are unrealistic goals. Sure if you run 15 miles a days and were to eat just grapes and prune juice you would lose weight, but scarcely anybody has the time to do these plans or would want to eat such boring feed for any protracted amount of time of time. I have brought some workout books over the years and they tend to concentrate on the exercises and when it comes to diet it is eat more protein, eat less junk, thanks for the cash, see you later.

5A Great Investment!

I have just started following the Abs for Life System for with regards to 3 weeks now and I’ve lost 9 pounds and an inch off my waist so far. I have trained on and off for regarding ten years now and this is no word of a lie, I’ve genuinely learned more from reading this book than I have in those ten years of reading all the fitness mags. I like the fact that even though the book emphasizes on getting abs, it also provides a plan for building muscle all over your body. Myself and a few buddies at my gym have all been following the muscle building plan contained in the book.

Nutrition is covered extensively. As the author points out, forget sculpting outstanding abs and a outstanding body if you cannot nail your diet. I have learned so much when it comes to feed I could write my own book on the topic! The meal suggestions were great and in particular liked the guilty conscience free desserts that were listed.

I like the approach of this system as it is maintainable not just short term, but I may see myself sticking to this for years to come. I will update this review in 12 weeks, but wanted to write something now as I am soo pleased with the results.

Please read this book, for under $16, it actually is a sound investment. Bravo!
