Sylvester Stallone is one of Hollywood’s greatest action movie stars. With a career spanning 4 decades and starring roles in movies such as Rocky, Rambo, Cliffhanger and Demolition Man it’s easy to see why he is considered an A list star.

In order to prepare for his demanding action roles Sly is no stranger to the gym, and even as he enters into his sixties he has a body that would put guys half his age to shame!

One of Stallone’s key parts to his training regime is his ab workout. Here I am going to percentage with you the top exercises that will support you get a six pack just like the man himself.

Stallone Ab Exercise Number 1

Floor Crunches – You ought to be lying flat on your back with your knees bent while your feet are with resolute determination on the floor. With your hands behind your head fetch your upper body forward whilst bringing your knees towards your elbows at the same time.

Stallone Ab Exercise Number 2

Twisting Crunches – Assume the same starting position as the above exercise. Keeping your feet with resolute determination on the floor lift your upper body until your right elbow meets your left knee. Repeat with your left elbow and right knee.

Stallone Ab Exercise Number 3

Hanging Raises – While supporting your elbows in elbow slings or on support pads fetch your knees up towards your chest and then back down again.

In the above exercises your goal will have to be to ultimately do 2 sets of 30 reps for both the floor crunches and the twisting crunches and 2 sets of 10 reps for the hanging raises.
