Brutal. These are similar to some of the ab strengthening exercises I did when pole vaulting. I also laid on my back and grabbed a horizontal pole then using ab muscles lift feet to 5 - 6 feet above your head.</description>

@life97081234566 watch the lesson 1 video to figure out ur maximum heart rate, and then when u are doing this video, at 4.06 u dont need to do what he is doing, instead u take ur pulse and count how many beats in 6 seconds and add a 0 to that and that is ur heart rate. Now by lesson 1 u should know what ur maximum heart rate is so if its over it u have to slow down a lilllll bit, if ur under it u have to push a little harder ! good luck</description>
