@stinakiller Oatmeal (whole oats, 1/2 cup) in the morning (use skim milk, add flax seeds if you like, but no sugar), 1 whole egg and 4 egg whites in the afternoon and a banana, protein shake in between lunch and dinner (use skim milk), grilled chicken ****** and (fresh) veggies for dinner and some fat free yogurt (add some blueberries and raspberries to it :P). Drink plenty of water throughout the day. I like to drink V8 too, but the low sodium kind. Almonds are a good snack. Thats a start.</description>

have you ever actually tried those side twists?? That was the one excercise on this programme i couldnt actually do! Also the first one he did the leg lifts are hard but i can do sets of 10 on those</description>
