Well here’s the famous Muscle Milk.
If you are thinking regarding getting this product but you are not sure if it is suitable for you let me let you recognise why it in all likelihood is, or in all probability isn’t or at least you ought to go easy on it.
Although this is no “weight gainer”, it is amongst a regular protein powder and weight gainer, since 2 scoops have 350 calories. 160 of those are from fats, 8 of them saturated. MCTs fats are without apparent effort burned as energy, but you may still find nutritionists that say that’s just not true. So it’s up to you. I would go with bodybuilders and athletes that love the product since, well, they are the, literally, living proof.

When must you drink it? The manufacturer tells you that you will have to consume it after waking up, before working out, after working out, and before sleeping…hehe well manufacturers are always telling us to consume their product as much as we may for “better results” but the truth is that supplements must be employed wisely and aren’t magic so don’t worry with regards to consuming it 4 times a day. Besides, 160 times 4 are 640 calories from fat. That’s 30% of 2000. You ought to get when it comes to 25% of your calories from fat (if you actually wanna be lean) so if you mix the muscle milk with soy milk and you eat close to 3000 calories, that’s almost all the fats you ought to get. Nothing else, no peanut butter, no almonds, etc. Besides there’s no actually need of muscle milk after waking up and before workout. Everyone knows that whey protein is the best pre workout protein due to it is fast effect. But I get it after workout and before sleeping.

Does it work? Well, if you have a good workout and you have a good diet it does work. I have dropped a good deal of body fat % since I started to take it and I have gained a heap of muscle mass without profiting any fat. I commend mixing this with soy milk or low fat milk at night and not getting anything else.
Getting calories from fats at night is fine, when we sleep we burn calories and most of them from protein and fats. But we don’t burn that a good deal of carbs while sleeping. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t live the “low carb lifestyle”, but I go easy on them at night. If you get less than 30 grams of them in the last hours of the day you’ll be fine. That’s why muscle milk is a good choice for pre sleep protein since it has little carbs.
For post workout I commend the same mixture of Muscle Milk and soy or low fat milk but eat fruits too. You need carbs after workout and the fats will help a lot since carbs work better with fats (and protein too. In fact, fats are much better being consumed to join carbs and protein).

Now , I’m not gonna say this is the best tasting bodybuilding powder in the world because I haven’t tried them all…but it is the best I have ever tried and I doubt there’s anything better. I just love each flavor. The cookies and cream is just delicious, almost like an ice cream. And it hardly has sugar. You won’t find a better tasting powder, I’m sure of that.

If you are on a diet attempting to lose that belly I wouldn’t commend this to you. But if you are already lean or have always been and now your goals is getting lean muscle, then go ahead.
The price is the only turn off even though but if you think a good product and with an amazing taste makes the price of a product even more worth it, go ahead.

I threw mine out after reading this article in buyer reports. It may have been an detached sample but it is not worth the danger IMO

The samples of Muscle Milk Chocolate powder we tested contained all four heavy metals, and levels of three metals in the product were amongst the most eminent of all in our tests. Average cadmium levels of 5.6 µg in three every day servings somewhat exceeded the USP limit of 5 µg per day, and the intermediate lead level of 13.5 µg likewise topped the USP limit of 10 µg per day. The intermediate arsenic level of 12.2 µg was approaching the USP limit of 15 µg per day, and the intermediate for mercury was 0.7 µg, well beneath the USP’s 15 µg-per-day limit. Three daily servings of Muscle Milk Vanilla Crème contained 12.2 µg of lead, exceeding lead limits, and 11.2 µg of arsenic. A fourth product, Muscle Milk Nutritional Shake Chocolate (liquid), provided an intermediate of 14.3 µg of arsenic per day from three servings, approaching the proposed USP limit.

5This is where it’s at..

I review supplements that I have a great familiarity with and have applied in comparison with others in it is genre. I have been working out for regarding 3-4 years now and have employed a potpourri of protein shakes on the market. For guys who are not born genetically competent to build rapid muscles without a rigorous diet plan, profiting size in muscle is exceedingly difficult.

With MuscleMilk, i’m just going to jump straight to the point. If you’re looking to build muscle fast along with your regular workouts, I strongly commend this product. It’ll put the weight on you more quickly than anything i’ve ever used. However, beware of the calorie content in Muscle Milk. I haven’t found it to be precisely a “lean formula” as it promises, but it does support add on a great deal of extra pounds for building muscle on the other hand.

If you’re a hardgainer, go for MuscleMilk. If you’re looking for a protein to support you build muscle but keep a very lean, cut frame, then I commend Nature’s Best Isopure (if your budget sees fit.) If not, Muscle Milk in conjunction with lots of carido and Prolab creatine monohydrate will have to do the trick.

    usually if you are doing the right ab exercises, then it would take about 2 weeks !!! wow right!!!

    make sure that you ear lots of protein and viggies though and don’t eat so much!!!
