I love Gilad and I love doing this. I just get mixed up sometimes but I can keep up. The only thing that kills me with his aerobics is I have huge ****** and they flop too hard even in a sports bra that is supposed to prevent that. Sports bra for large ***** are a waste of good money; $60+ and it doesn’t even do what it’s supposed to! SMH! “HUP!” LOL!

@lostfan2442 you burn about 100 calories every 10 minutes doing cardio as long as you don’t stop. AND it keeps your metabolism way up for 3-4 hours afterwards too! This vid is awesome I like incorporating it into my workout. Gilad gets me pumped up to work out!!

Hate to say, but the old school BIM cardio segments from the late 80′s to around 1994 were more challenging. I’m still out of breath, LOL!
