5Quick, Fun and Reliable

I’ve been using this video for when it comes to three months, and my abs are unquestionably tighter. For a good deal of reason, though, I still don’t look like either of the two guys in the video–maybe that happens in the fourth month.

Anyway, I’ve in truth enjoyed the tape and I highly commend it to others. My firstborn workout left me with a good tight sentiment in my stomach, even though the exercises didn’t seem all that hard to do.

The main virtue of the tape is that it’s short and simple: when other demands of life keep me from the gym, I may still pop the tape into the VCR and feel like I haven’t lost too much ground.

I also like the tone of the instructor. I’ve employed a good deal of other workout tapes (e.g., The Firm), but the dulcet tones of the exercise leaders and the coded aerobics language that they use make me feel like I’m being assimilated into a Fitness Cult. Brinkus is more like that jock you knew in high school who turned out to be a finelooking nice guy after all–his instructions are plain, simple and well paced, without jargon but spiced with a “hey,gang” kind of enthusiasm. Even those not applied to exercise will find this tape somewhat easy to get into.

This is utterly the best abdominal workout I have ever tried. I am a fitness specialist by trade and commend this video to all my clients. Try it and you won’t believe how finish of a workout you may get in 8 minutes versus all that time you’ve wasted year after year attempting dozens of dissimilar routines that never developed the results you desired.

5Buy this video – You won’t be sorry!

I purchased 8 Minute Abs after my firstborn child was born it worked great to tone my tummy muscles back into shape. I employed it again after my second child and again it is doing the trick. I tried machines at the gym but didn’t get as good of a workout. My husband who is a body builder does the video with me and we commend it to all our friends.

    I donned it like 3 months and then had a 2-3 weeks vacation, now i have donned it 2 times and my abs hurt like ****. Should i stop it for a while or hope that the pain will go away?

    I’ve been doing this workout for over a week, once a day.. This really helps to get your abs rock hard.. To see the abs just run a mile or so every day, drink plenty of water and good food and you’ll REALLY see results then. Whoever wants to do this is taking a step in the right direction.

    @MissGreenEyes0 everyone has different bodies. you can’t expect someone to be the same as you if you are physically prepared to do this exercises. maybe you should do more intense workouts that can challenge you.

    Great vid been doing it for a week in a half and I’m starting to see results and it’s a very good work out. It helps to also do cardio along side it though. running is the best.
