Can u give me some advice,i’ve been doing p90x 2 cicles that’s 120 days,and I got ripped,chest,back shoulders and legs ,but i still got a bit of a belly(clearly my genes are working against me
…)) and now I started doing Insanity but I can’t do cadio abs imediately after pure cardio,because I’m way to exhausted after,can I do it later that day ???Pls reply

The Insanity workout is better for getting cut it is mostly cardio based workouts P90x is more of muscle building and Cardio me personally I prefer Insanity I have not gotten the full thing yet but my demo has me rocking lol Anyways Goodluck on your workout
