    I had 3 major abdominal surgeries about 4 months ago (c-section, surgery to drain infection from c-section, then surgery to correct bowel obstruction cause by previous surgeries) is it safe for me to use this workout?? i want to make my muscles healthy again.

    Tried this for the first time today and I have to say it’s a pretty good workout. I will be doing this everyday until I can do the whole 10 min. without giving out. I only made it about 5 1/2 min.:)

    @loqki88 If you do this once you burn 167 calories but if you do it for 40 mins like I do you burn 704 calories!! But I break the ten minutes apart so it wont be so taxing on me hope that helps.
