Effective, non-damaging, *toner*. 5 stars but just barely. By A This is a good *toner* and the speaker even calls it a toner. You may unquestionably suppose to lose and shape with this program but do not suppose to build with it. If everyone did the routine, America wouldn’t have the bad rep it has as far as intermediate fitness goes.
The good stuff: it’s based on sound techniques, it works and doesn’t harm your lower back. Now that will have to be sufficient but I’ll babble a bit more. With the DVD, you get three suitable programs: stretch, abs and arms. The other programs are gorgeous much unworthy filler (with one exception). The neverending motion even offers a *mild* cardio workout. Converting the program to build wouldn’t be all that tough. The abs procedure would just require more reps and a couple of weights. The arms routine needs a set of mute bells that would grant working each group to failure and a few sets. So, for the arms, figure 3 sets of 8 minutes and then another six minutes for all the bell changes.
Now, for the bad stuff: music – bad; dialog (i.e. “Ok, gang”) – cheesy, ebullience of two aid humans – they look bored and, in their defense, they are bored. She gets modified push ups and no weights and he gets, what looks like, 5 pound mute bells…. pulleeeze.

A great program to stick with each day By Keith I. Kozak I have used this tape every day now for the past 2 months. I have seen results. It is a outstanding tape to work out with, because you may go at your own pace. Also, there is a uninterrupted flow of movement. Therefore, if you need to take a break, you do less of one exercise, but don’t miss out on the entire routine. My mom even started doing it with me. There are respective levels that she was competent to work at. Try it for yourself, you will get a lot out of these exercises. For abs each exercise is 45 seconds and for arms each is 30 seconds. Although it is a continious 8 minutes in rotation. Try it! You’ll LOVE it!

This DVD will kick your A-s, er Abs! By Gina M. Cross I purchased this primarily because of the reviews I read here and the fact that exercise DVS are still a rarity (love DVD format). I was skeptical because I thought “How am I going to tone my huge fat stomach in 8 minutes a day?” Well my friends this WORKS. I am already seeing a divergence in 3 weeks. What’s more, the video, while challenging, is easy to follow. I hate it when the exercises are so perplexed that I am not sure if I am even doing the exercises correctly. You will have no problem following these. I had bad lower back pain when I begun this program and it is just regarding gone now. My Doc gave me a sheet of back exercises to do, but I never wanted to do them. As a bonus, there are a good deal of cool bonus workouts including a 20 minute kick boxing workout done by a tough navy seal looking dude. Boyfriend thought that was cool. I purchased the “8 minute workout” DVD set that includes butt, abs, arms, legs, etc. It wasn’t much more cash just to get everything at once. I have to try the other workouts and will report to you!

this is really great last time i did it for like month i was already seeing better reults than previous exercise id done for longer. i gave it up just wen the early results were showing so hope this time i have patience and stick to it, do it with the 8 min buns and 8 min legs and 8 min arma, then you do all those every day its only what 32 mins a day.

honestly, on the first day i did this, my whole neck got hurt..i didnt worked my own pace…but now my neck doesnt hurt anymore…i dont know when will i see clear results…ive been doing this for a week…anybody?could you tell me in what time will i see the result?thanks

Help Please
I’m trying to gain weight, and also get a bigger six pack under my fat, so when I cut weight I can see my abs but there bigger and alot stronger, i’m not sure if weighted workouts are the best or not or with natural body weight, i’m trying to get bigger and also stronger abs can someone please help me, maybe with a list of workouts, with the amount of sets and reps, if possible to use dumbbell or not

this is good for beginner people but after a little you’l need a workout with weights, and i’d recommend you look into the “janda” sit up and crunch.

hi am moh. i have been training for long tym. if u do this workout at age of 13. that is fine. no problem at all. but dnt do any weight lifting. do this and u ll have a great body. good luck

Ive done quite abit of carido this week and i diet with that, and the week after i do these ab routines, i am seein results on myself, you will see result in no time, u will hardly notice your losing weight though, just try not to eat as much carbs in future, because that is what im cuttin down alot on, and i aint had sweets in ages so thats a progression in itself. thanks for reading.

he means that you wont see the results because there will be a layer of fat over it, but with cardio and eating right you will be able to lose weight and see the progress you have made. but to be honest fat people see more gain in muscle growth if they work out than skinny people who have to create mass when fat people can convert the fat into muscle (kinda)

If your fat this wont be as effective as it is on skinny people. You need to combine this with a lot of cardio and a good diet.
