At the same time, lift your leg to your chest. Lower your torso to the floor as you straighten your leg, keeping it a few inches of the floor.

    Ight, I’m real confused. i’ve been following your “Killer Ab Workout” since it came out, exactly how you explain it, slow with perfect form, low reps high weight, and i can feel it, and see the difference since i’ve been doing it, but now theres this video out… So i was wondering, which should i do? their are Bicycles involved in the “Killer Ab Workout” so yea, should i just keep doing what i’m doing, or also throw this workout in? or just do this and forget what i’m doing? HELP! Thanks!
