This 1989 beginning-level, low-impact aerobic workout burns calories and helps get you fitter in just 30 minutes of easy movement. The moves are very simple and suitable for beginners. If you’re intimidated by elaborated choreography, you won’t have any troubles following Austin, who repeats the same moves a good deal of times. She does a lot of step-touch, a lot of marching in place with respective arm moves, and many, a great deal of knee lifts. If you like more potpourri to your choreography, you’ll be bored, but if you’d rather just repeat moves you know, this could be your workout. Although this is billed “low-impact,” Austin puts a hop into her knee lifts and lunges. (You might want to fast-forward past the lunges that switch sides speedily if you have knee problems.) Austin talks nonstop, either cueing or cheering you on (“Beautiful!” “You got it!” “You may do it!” “Use those legs!”), which you may find motivating or annoying. –Joan Price

5So good I had to buy another!
By Mary A. Wolff
I started my workout video library with this tape seven years ago and had to quit using it this past spring because the tape wore out. I could not find another copy in the stores and was thrilled to find it at amazon.com. It is the perfective workout on the days that I can’t make it to the gym. I work out three to four days a week, and this video always makes me sweat. The moves and rhythms are easy and each muscle is worked. Highly, highly recommended.

I’m surprised how ‘loose’ looking his stomach and chest are now compared to the WWE days. He seems to be working out extremley hard in this video, though. I wonder what’s different.
