5This book was o.k, BUT I found myself purchases another Ab book.

This book was o.k, it was somewhat informative BUT it just didn’t have everything I hoped it would contain. I hoped that there would be a picture & explanation for each exercise but instead I had to click on a link to some website with the exercise being done. I felt as if the book should have had pictures in it, maybe I’m just lazy but when I bought it I was hoping everything I needed would be in the book already and it wasn’t. For instance after buying this book I found myself having to buy another ab book How To Get A Six Pack: 100+ Ab/Core Exercises & this book made me feel like I hit the Ab jack pot, it contain pictures, explanations, tips on form, even dieting tips, & guess what no links to websites, everything I needed was right in front of me.

2 of the exercises in the book are really kicking my butt. They’re quick to do and simple, but they’re really intense. I like that I can get my workouts done in 5-15 minutes and not have to rly on going to the gym to workout.

Unless you have good genetics, I still think you will need a decent diet to get a 6 pack. But after doing 4 of these workouts, I can see how these exercises can help a lot of guys get nice abs without dieting.

I’ve been doing this 5 days a week, 5 minutes a day for 2 weeks and I’m starting to see my abs without any diet changes. I still eat like crap. None of those typical abs exercises such as crunches to do. So that’s good since who likes crunches and situps.

It’s quick and to the point to read and gives you a variety of workout options so that you’re not stuck with just 1 option that you possibly can’t do. Most of the exercises can be done at home. Worth a read.

    Doing crunches alone will not get you 6pack abs … The only thing that will do that is proper nutrition, your abdominal muscles getting bigger wont make that fat on your belly disappear …

    This is crap! You can’t do right sit-up (crunch) if Your back is constant dropping in the soft surface, like this rubber ball.
    I do regular sit-ups on my carpeted flood, just with a bath-towel under my back. I don’t have visible results, but my form got better after only 2 weeks. Now I can do at least 3x more sit ups then before.

    There is something special about doing crunches on an exercise ball. I’ve found it much more effective to do crunches on the ball than on the ground.
