Instead, you have managed to exhaust yourself of all these exercise routines. That is the reason why, it might want to undertake something new, in the form of a kickboxing workout. These routines started 2000 years ago in Asian cultures, and were introduced to the West, when exhibition demonstrations of karate started growing in popularity. So are you ready for an aerobic kickboxing and cardiovascular kickboxing?
So are you looking to have more outstanding body flexibility, heightened strength in your whole region and getting in truth healthy? From a woman’s perspective By Martina Sprague As a female full-contact kickboxing instructor, I found this book to be a valuable buy for any woman who is thinking in regards to getting started in kickboxing. I liked how the writers distinguish the dissimilar styles of kickboxing, and how they explain the divergence amid aerobic kickboxing and full-contact kickboxing. This data is utile in helping a potential student discern what her goals are before signing up for classes. I found most of the counsel on the execution of proficiencies sound. As a full-contact kickboxing instructor, I differ on some points. However, these are minor differences, which are for the most part style related, and which is something a new student looking to get started in kickboxing must not get hung up on. The book’s strength, however, lies in the chapters following the explanations of the techniques. For example, I found the chapter on full-contact sparring with it is a great deal of tips on goal setting and mental preparation, and the “For Women Only” and “Debz Says” suggestions at the end of each chapter, very helpful to a new student. And the exercise section does a good occupation describing why and how, rather than what. In other words, it’s not just an endless list of exercises, which is so ofttimes found in other books of this nature. The section on “Other Practical Matters” was very informative for women, and something that most other books on the combat arts neglect to mention. I would commend this book to any woman who is thinking in regards to getting started in this male-dominated sport.

Thanks to everyone who has posted responses to this video. It was filmed about a year ago (3 months after I had my second baby) and my form and strength have improved a lot since then. I appreciate the feedback and the critiques and I plan to make further corrections to my technique because of them!

I agree with Lukasz this is boxercise not kickboxing, in any form of boxing you use your whole body not just the arms for example the hook, you use body rotation starting from the feet through the core of the body into the arms delivering a powerful punch, However this would be a good form of cardio

if your active like this, you are burning calories. So if your dieting properly, and doing some sort of exercise 3-4 times a week, you will lose weight.

That is exactly what I was thinking of doing – three times to get a 30 minute workout. Did you find it boring though?
I notice you did this three months ago – did you keep up with it? Results?
