5How to get a six pack review

2 of the exercises in the book are actually kicking my butt. They’re quick to do and simple, but they’re actually intense. I like that I may get my workouts done in 5-15 minutes and not have to rly on going to the gym to workout.

Unless you have good genetics, I still think you will need a decent diet to get a 6 pack. But after doing 4 of these workouts, I may see how these exercises may support a lot of guys get nice abs without dieting.

    the other way to lose fat is to do cardio ;)
    you will lost water , but in same time you will burn energy too, so you will burn fat.

    hey scobby, first of all i wanted to tell you that this video represent exactly want i think ’bout those stupid gadegts :D then, i would like to ask you a few questions, if it doesn’t annoy you. first of all, you said that when you sweat you don’t lose fats but water. so, what is the other way to lose fats after diet? then, do you think it’s better to train every day or one day yes and one day no?
