5Quick, Fun and Reliable

I’ve been using this video for in regards to three months, and my abs are unquestionably tighter. For numerous reason, though, I still don’t look like either of the two guys in the video–maybe that happens in the fourth month.

Anyway, I’ve genuinely enjoyed the tape and I highly commend it to others. My basi workout left me with a good tight sentiment in my stomach, even altho the exercises didn’t seem all that hard to do.

The main virtue of the tape is that it’s short and simple: when other demands of life keep me from the gym, I may still pop the tape into the VCR and feel like I haven’t lost too much ground.

I likewise like the tone of the instructor. I’ve used galore other workout tapes (e.g., The Firm), but the dulcet tones of the exercise leaders and the coded aerobics language that they use make me feel like I’m being assimilated into a Fitness Cult. Brinkus is more like that jock you knew in high school who turned out to be a beauteous nice guy after all–his instructions are plain, simple and well paced, without jargon but spiced with a “hey,gang” kind of enthusiasm. Even those not used to exercise will find this tape somewhat easy to get into.

This is utterly the best abdominal workout I have ever tried. I am a fitness specialist by trade and commend this video to all my clients. Try it and you won’t believe how finish of a workout you may get in 8 minutes versus all that time you’ve wasted year after year attempting dozens of dissimilar routines that never developed the results you desired.

I purchased 8 Minute Abs after my primary child was born it worked great to tone my tummy muscles back into shape. I employed it again after my second child and again it is doing the trick. I tried machines at the gym but didn’t get as good of a workout. My husband who is a body builder does the video with me and we commend it to all our friends.
