Long awaited book on a distinguishable NASCAR champion By Rand Thompson Very finish book on the life and times of the 1992 NASCAR champion. The author has done a outstanding occupation covering the story of one of racings most enigmatic characters. In a heap of ways , Alan Kulwicki was NASCAR’s most improbable champion. Alan was capable to build up his own team from closely nothing, he likewise was one of the very introductory drivers to enter the sport with a college degree in Engineering.
Not only does the book cover the NASCAR career of Alan Kulwicki, it likewise delves very exhaustively into the little known story of his career on the little Wisconsin short tracks, and how he moved up through the ranks. The author gives a reader a lot of clear or deep perception into Kulwicki’s personality and what he was like on a personal level. Naturally, the author goes into detail on what happened that sad day when Alan lost his life in the tragic plane crash and how it affected his friends and associates. This is a book that must have been written years ago and was long overdue.

Awsome By gordy3819 A must read for any fan of Alan Kulwicki, The 92 campion was a man that few of his fans in truth knew this book offers in sight and a look at him that even a hardcore fan like myself never knew. The books a little slow in the beginning but after the initial chapter when they genuinely get into Alan’s life and racing it is a page turner you can’t put it down I am on my 2nd read right now
